Who am I?

I'm a creative at heart with a knack for business. Throughout my career, I've worn many hats. From solo designer on a start up's marketing team, design agency work, or building an in-house team from the ground up I've enjoyed all opportunities for different reasons. Regardless of the job what I enjoy most is working with good people.

I hire wildly talented people who will balance the team. Then I give them the space to be wildly talented.

I have high standards and expect the same from my team. I know how to (kindly) push someone out of their comfort zone so they can create work they can be proud of.

Employees are people first. I care about their mental health, what their pet's name is, how many siblings they have etc.
